1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using futuresynch.com or my-team-ai.com (the "Sites"), or by purchasing any product or service from Olesya Kovalskaya Ltd ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Sites or services.
2. Services
We provide growth strategy consultancy, operational systems design, and digital products including playbooks and guides, primarily through Future Synch and My Team AI. Specific terms for each engagement or product are set out in the relevant proposal, purchase confirmation, or service agreement.
3. Purchases and Payments
All purchases are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you confirm that:
- You are authorised to use the payment method provided
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You agree to pay the amount displayed at checkout
Prices are displayed in GBP unless otherwise stated. All prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable.
4. Digital Products — Playbooks and Guides
Upon successful payment, digital products are delivered as downloadable PDF files. By purchasing a digital product you agree that:
- The product is for your personal or internal business use only
- You will not redistribute, resell, or share the product with third parties
- You will not reproduce or publish the content without our written permission
Due to the nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds once a product has been downloaded. If you experience a technical issue with your download, contact us at ok@futuresynch.com within 7 days of purchase.
5. Consultancy and Service Engagements
Terms for consultancy engagements — including scope, deliverables, timelines, payment schedules, and cancellation terms — are set out in the individual service agreement provided before work commences. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any engagement-specific terms.
6. Strategic Growth Review
The Strategic Growth Review is a written assessment service. By submitting an application you acknowledge that:
- Submission does not guarantee acceptance — applications are reviewed selectively
- The review is delivered as a written document, not a call or meeting
- The investment value stated reflects the work delivered, not a guarantee of specific outcomes
7. Intellectual Property
All content on our Sites — including text, frameworks, methodologies, and design — is owned by Olesya Kovalskaya Ltd and protected by UK and international intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.
Purchased digital products are licensed to you for personal or internal business use only. The licence is non-transferable and does not grant any ownership rights.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, Olesya Kovalskaya Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our Sites or services, including loss of revenue, profit, or business opportunity.
Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Our content, frameworks, and advice are provided for informational and operational guidance purposes. We do not provide legal, financial, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for seeking appropriate professional advice before making decisions based on our work.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
